Congratulations to Emma Smith on being awarded the Sovereign’s Medal for Volunteers! On April 17, 2018 Emma had the honour of receiving the medal from Her Excellency Julie Payette, the 29th Governor General of Canada. Joined by other exceptional individuals at Rideau Hall in Ottawa, it was a day of celebration for exceptional volunteer achievements of Canadians from across the country.
