Evaluating the usability and user experience of recreational adaptive device loan program, RAD Society
The RAD Phase 2 project aims to evaluate the usability of the RAD Society’s rental program, which provides adaptive equipment to people experiencing mobility challenges through the RAD Gearbox and online booking system. Participation involves surveys and semi-structured interviews before and after using the adaptive devices to assess user experiences, expectations and overall usability. Findings will support RAD and similar organizations to improve accessibility and program design.
